despite what the previous person answered, do NOT scrub your back acne with a scrubber, this will aggravate your acne and it will be very painful, they are far too harsh on acne. Instead to exfoliate the skin invest in a mild exfoliating wash, something mild, alternatively use something with oatmeal in it, it is both a gentle exfoliate and will help to sooth painful pimples.

remember to wash your back gently everyday and dab the acne with a little diluted tea tree oil which is a natural antiseptic and only exfoliate once a week at most. The sun is also very good for clearing up acne, I know it can be embarrassing to expose your acne’d skin to the sun, but perhaps in the privacy of your own home, make sure you use an oil free sun protection screen.

If your acne is particularly bad, the only thing that may help in the long run would be to go and see your GP and get a prescription for antibiotics, I used oxytetracycline when I was a teenager and it cleared up my acne within two months…however, as you mention you have tried acne medications, it may be that you are not taking a strong enough dose, or the medication is not strong enough for your acne, there are other antibiotics that work more effectively than oxytetracycline, so make sure to ask.

Other less well known treatments are laser treatments and blue light therapy which works by killing acne causing bacteria, however these may only be available through specialized dermatologists….they also usually require multiple treatments which can be expensive.

Suffering through acne is a painful experience and can be emotionally scarring, if all else fails, going to see a skin specialist may be your option.

Try investing in a brush on a stick and scrub the acne with this in the shower.
Murad also makes a body scrub for the shower.

Small doses of the sun help. Don’t get burned.
Vitamins a e and c and zinc. With a lot of water.

Firstly, if you dun love yourself who is going to love you??
You can try seeking a doctor’s help perhaps.
Some home advice may be you can drink lots of water but not too much at a go. Just drink a lot slowly. Eat more fruits and vegetables just like what your parents told you to do when you were young

Screw the acne, Man. We all get it. Just be confident. Saying things like what you said in that second-to-last sentence is what will keep you from getting a girl. Not the acne.
